The CLG Institute of Engineering & Technology (CLGIET), Sumerpur, in association with the Board of Apprenticeship Training (Northern Region) under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, successfully organized a Mega Apprenticeship-cum Job Fair 2025 on 29th August 2025 at the college campus.
This large-scale recruitment event attracted participation from more than 50 leading companies across diverse sectors including Defence, Petroleum, Construction, Power, Banking, Renewable Energy, Automobile, Manufacturing, and Telecommunication. Prominent organizations such as DRDO Defence Laboratory Jodhpur, GAIL India Limited, Ambuja Cement, UltraTech Cement, Genus Power, SK Finance, Aavas Financiers, United Breweries, Saint Gobain, and YAZAKI India Pvt. Ltd. were among the major recruiters.
The fair offered over 1500 vacancies for candidates from Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Computer Applications, Nursing, and General Streams.
A record 723 students were successfully placed during the drive — marking a major milestone in the institute’s commitment to student career advancement and employability.
The event commenced at 9:00 AM and saw enthusiastic participation from job seekers across Rajasthan and neighboring states. The Training & Placement Cell of CLGIET, under the guidance of the Principal and Management, coordinated the entire event efficiently, ensuring smooth registration, company interaction, and placement processes.
