Leadership Welcome Ceremony

1. Objectives

To formally welcome the newly appointed Director, Dr. Prashant Vitthal Kadam, and

Deputy Registrar, Ms. Krishna Chouhan, to the CLG Group of Institutions. To

introduce the academic achievements, experience, and vision of the new Director to

faculty and students. To strengthen institutional leadership and promote a collaborative

academic environment. To motivate students and staff through interaction with

experienced academic leaders.

Enhanced understanding among students and staff regarding the new leadership’s vision

and future plans. Strengthened academic environment with improved coordination among

departments. Inspiration for students through exposure to the Director’s remarkable

Warm welcome of Dr. Prashant Vitthal Kadam, an accomplished academician holding

62 research papers, 42 articles, and membership in several prestigious societies.

Introduction of Deputy Registrar Ms. Krishna Chouhan and her role in academic and

administrative development. Address by Registrar Mr. Dinesh Rajpurohit, highlighting

the vision and future goals for CLG Group of Institutions. Motivational speech by the

new Director focusing on academic excellence, innovation, discipline and student

welfare. Interaction session with faculty and students regarding upcoming academic

initiatives.
