The CLG Group of Institutions, Sumerpur, in collaboration with the Board of Apprenticeship Training (Northern Region) under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, successfully organized a Mega Job Fair 2025 on 29th August 2025 at the CLGIET campus.
The event marked one of the largest placement initiatives in the region, attracting participation from over 50 reputed national and multinational companies offering more than 1500 vacancies across multiple sectors.
A total of 1,856 candidates from various academic streams — Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Computer Applications, Science, and General Education — participated in the Job Fair. Out of these, 723 talented students secured placements with leading organizations, setting a new benchmark for employment opportunities in the region.
The event was graced by several distinguished guests, including Member of Parliament Mr. P.P. Chaudhary, Cabinet Minister Mr. Joraram Kumawat, and other eminent dignitaries such as Mr. Jayendra Singh Rathore, Mr. Narendra Dewasi, Mr. Joraram Dewasi, and Mr. Poonam Singh Parmar (Deputy Commissioner, Labour Department).
Dr. C.L. Gehlot, Chairman of CLG Group of Institutions, expressed that the Job Fair was not only focused on employment but also aimed to provide career guidance and skill development opportunities to students. Mr. Manas Khas, Assistant Director, Ministry of Education, highlighted the importance of such initiatives under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), which helps bridge the gap between education and industry.
The Training & Placement Cell of CLGIET, under the guidance of the management, played a crucial role in the success of the event, ensuring smooth coordination between the recruiters and candidates.
